Web Site Design
My design philosophy has to do with the KISS principle. I like clean, tight designs with navigation that makes sense. I am not opposed to bells & whistles as long as they have a purpose within the site structure. The important thing is your content, message, product and getting that information to your visitors.
Whether it's from the ground up or a website redesign ... the goal is the same. Get the proper message out in a fashionable manner, easily said, not always easily done. We'll have fun getting there so let's get to it!
Pricing
An infinite variety of design and functionality variables exist, so pricing is a matter of liquidity. And I wish to treat your particular situation in a fair and equitable manner. The ultimate cost of a website has to do with, but not limited to, the following factors:
- Number of pages: More pages add to the complexity of the navigation system and it's smooth integration with the design.
- Graphic design characteristics: Is this a "design from scratch" operation or do you have a variety of graphics you wish to use?
- Advanced programming (CMS, E-Commerce, Database requirements): Costs increase significantly with the addition of advanced functionality. For small to medium sites these solutions are not very cost effective nor an absolute requirement.
If you would like an estimate, please contact me with the particulars of your needs. I'll be happy to give you an estimate.
